Can I still convert a sole proprietorship into a BV?
Yes, we still accept conversions. However, due to limited capacity, these will only be finalized later this year. Completion is guaranteed before 2026.
What happens to ongoing cases?
Ongoing cases remain in process. Our legal specialists and notaries continue working on them as quickly as possible, but please expect delays.
How long are the delays?
We currently cannot provide fixed timelines (e.g. 15 or 20 business days). Lead times depend on notary availability and may extend significantly.
